Are there contracts?
No. Monthly or annual billing, cancel any time. Your data exports as CSV whenever you ask for it.
Do you charge per job or per tag?
No. Unlimited jobs, tags, and reports are included. We price on users, not volume.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: inspectors, office staff, dispatchers. Read-only client portal users are free.
Is the field app extra?
No. The iOS and Android apps are included on every plan. Every user gets access automatically.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
Yes, anytime. Add a seat and it's prorated to the day; remove one and the change takes effect at your next renewal.
What are the payment processing fees?
Card payments are 3.4% + 30¢; ACH bank transfers are 1.0% with no fixed fee. That's the all-in per-transaction rate, with no monthly fees, statement fees, or surprise add-ons.
Do you offer non-profit or volunteer-dept discounts?
Yes, 40% off the per-seat price for registered non-profits and volunteer fire departments. Ask us.
